An exclusive On The Pass experience featuring Chef Sean MacDonald—brought to you by Compass Box Whisky Co. We were hired to curate, produce and host an event experience bringing to life Compass Box Whisky Co.’s campaign, "Death To Bored! Long Live Interesting! Teaming up with Compass Box, we introduced their two incredible new releases: Nectarosity and Crimson Casks, joining existing favorites, Orchard House and The Peat Monster.
Chef Sean crafted a delicious menu inspired by the unique flavor profiles of these whiskies. Our talented bartender, Henry Lee Deal, matched the energy with exquisite cocktails like the refreshing “Dickie Ward”(Orchard House Scotch, lime, and ginger ale), the bold “Beast Tamer” (Peat Monster, Amaretto, and lemon juice), and a signature Old Fashioned with Crimson Casks, honey syrup, and a touch of lemon essence. To round out the evening, Henry’s “Golden Nectar” was the perfect companion to Sean’s dessert—featuring Nectarosity, notes of honey, lychee, and juicy apricot, paired with a homemade caramelized peach syrup infused with vanilla
